Your usage of the Site and/or your usage of the services provided in the Site (including but not limited to any act/conduct of listening, downloading, registering any account with us or subscribing to the services provided in the Site), constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and agree to be bound by all of the Terms of Use.

We are the operator of the Site, and the contents of the Site are our property or are used under license from our clients, sellers and/or merchants. We are the owners of the compilation of information in the Site.
